Terms of Use

Last Updated: June 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MiniGolfie (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MiniGolfie provides a digital scoring platform for mini golf venues and their players. The Service includes features such as digital scorecards, live leaderboards, and related functionalities.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

MiniGolfie may offer paid subscriptions for venues ("Pro" features such as Tee Sheet, Analytics, and CRM). Fees are generally billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) based on active locations tied to your account unless otherwise agreed in writing. Adding or removing an active location may adjust your subscription quantity and result in prorated charges or credits on your next invoice. When exactly three active locations qualify for marketing bundle pricing ("Ultra"), your invoice reflects the bundled rate published with the pricing shown on our For Business page at the time of billing.

If a payment fails, your account may enter a past-due state; we may provide a grace period during which paid features remain available while you update your payment method. Grace periods are measured in US Eastern business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US federal banking holidays observed in Eastern Time).

If you request cancellation through our merchant cancellation workflow and we approve your request, your Stripe subscription may be configured to cancel at the end of the current billing period. Until that period ends, your paid feature access continues as permitted by applicable payment processor rules and your subscription status.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MiniGolfie and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MiniGolfie, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
