Overall I’ve had great experiences here throughout the years (which is why I am giving 4 stars), but yesterday I went in with my family. They were full, which I understand, but I had a couple questions and the older lady with short hair at the front was extremely rude. It’s not necessarily what she said, but how she said it, with such attitude. I went somewhere else and was so impressed by their customer service and accommodations. The teenage boy treated my family and I better than the older lady at Aaron’s . If I were management I would maybe move her away from the public. The first person a customer encounters sets the tone for the entire experience and may determine if they come back or not. It may be worth the 20 minute drive to go to the other place now often, very disappointed. I love supporting businesses in my home town, but I won’t put up with the negativity. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.
Never knew about this hidden gem until today. Clean place. Three of us bowled for an hour for $26. Good price on beer. Arcade was higher priced (we spent $25 in five minutes) but standard compared to other places. All in all, we will be back.
Absolutely love this bowling alley. They're respectful, the food is great, they have hard working people and I'm glad to get to come to it. Ordered Two Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with fries and mountain dew and it was good as expected. Looking forward to being here on my birthday next Friday too :)
