Very disappointed in the experience. Paying for a pre-loaded pass offers essentially one arcade game. No VR included. No climbing wall included. Felt like a bait switch. The arcade is the majority of the space in this building. Essentially you just get the idea of trying a game.
We always have a fun time here with the kids and family. Some things could use some updating and a few more after school hours staff could be useful as weekdays are busy too. You can be comfortable here and there's lots to do.
if I could leave a zero star review, I would. Not only did the games not work, but some of them will take my money and then not let me play. if you’re paying for a pass and loading up your card, you’re expecting to play the games common arcade scam All the other games are meant to take your money and give you nothing in return. Except for 30 second if that of mid gameplay Do not waste your time or money stopping here.
