Now I understand these places have rules. But MY GOD, the shorter heavyset white female (manager I think) is SERIOUS abt the rules. So much to a point that you feel like anything you do is most likely going to be flagged by one of her goombas on patrol. I saw her one weekend going to every 48” and under area kicking multiple kids out who were barely past the limit. She had one employee asking kids to show their wrists to check for wrist bands and two of the kids got scared and started crying. Here’s an idea, just check each kid before they come past the gate instead of going to each individual child. I can guarantee there will be one kid whose father or mother will not take it well. It’s a kids park, not a private school. Next off, glow night is a rip off for an additional $10 per kid if you are already a member. The additional charge for “glow socks” is also pointless. The regular socks are easily visible and it’s just a clear cash grab on top of normal pricing. IMO big air, flip factory, and Surge especially are way better. You won’t feel like big brother is breathing down your back and the pricing to ease of enjoyment is a much return for your buck. I know this is long but my god you guys gotta lighten up.
