My family was down from Texas visiting family, they lead us to this place for the teens have a play evening. 3/3/26!! They did the ninja course, mini golf, laser tag, and some arcades & go cart racing. A few of the arcades I’m assuming were broke, wouldn’t accept the card, it was a bit frustrating.. we ended up donating our card with credits to a little girl that just arrived as we were leaving (hoping they had better luck with it). The workers at the front desk were super friendly and helpful but the go cart racing employees on the other were not it!!! They seemed slightly annoyed that they had customers! The first race wasn’t even 5 min race.. my kiddos begged for another round so I went & paid for another race & it was the exact same.. I was kind of disappointed paying over 60$ for 4 laps but the whole point in going was for the kids to have fun so I did. The biggest issue for me is how annoyed the employees were!
My son and friends enjoyed his birthday party but I was disappointed in my host there by the name of Kameron . Didn’t interact with us at all the entire time of my sons party and didn’t come back to check on us until it was time for us to get out the room but the manager miss Shanell was awesome ! I spoke with her & she made it alright for me . Definitely going to have 2nd thoughts on going back again . But overall my son was happy but it’s overpriced in my opinion.
I stopped by while in town with my family. I'm from Birmingham so we have go-karts here. The go-karts were nice and not that expensive, however the arcade and bowling were incredibly expensive for no apparent reason. We went on a Friday night and the place was EMPTY compared to places in our area. The prices were ridiculously high honestly. The staff didn't seem to want to be there at all. Some were friendly and some were flat out rude. I asked a local person in the area if they had been there and they immediately said yes but would never go back because of the pricing alone. I give the place 3 stars. The staff in the front could use more customer service training. The staff in the go-kart area were amazing!
