Great establishment! We drove an hour to visit and it was so worth the drive. We had visited when it was kidaroos and it's made major improvements since then. Everything was very nice and clean, I didn't see anything that appeared dirty or torn/broken. My kids also LOVED the digging area which was a great addition, and I love that it's included with the price. The best change is how well-staffed it is. Honestly I've never seen a children's establishment so well-staffed. There were workers manning the entrances/exits to ensure that kids were only leaving with who they came with (they made you show a picture to prove it), someone at the toddler area at all times to ensure no big kids came in, there were people at the snack bar at all times, and staff just walking around cleaning and offering assistance as needed. Most of the time when I go to places like this you have to spend forever finding anyone if you need help with anything or even want to order food. We will definitely be coming back regularly!
Great indoor playground! From toddlers to teens, there is something for everyone. The pizza was pretty good for the type. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Love that the toddler area is gate secured. The digging zone is genius! Love what they have done with the place.
We LOVE this place!! It’s clean, the staff is incredibly helpful and kind, and the owners do everything they can to keep everyone safe. I am very disappointed in some of the negative reviews. We go almost weekly with my 4 and 1.5yo and have NEVER had a negative experience. Employees are simply there to keep our children safe and I appreciate them doing a very difficult task! (Anyone who has kids knows it’s not easy to keep a toddler from trying to injure themselves every 2 seconds 😂) Employees do a wonderful job keeping everyone safe while allowing children to have a fun time! Please give them some grace. They also do a wonderful job checking family photos before allowing children to leave with an adult. Although I’m watching my kiddos like a hawk, it’s nice to know they won’t be slipped out while my back is turned. I especially love the designated young toddler/baby area. It’s nice to have a safe space where they won’t get bulldozed by bigger kiddos. Lastly. The party packages are AMAZING! We just had our party last weekend and Cheyenne was incredible. She checked on us every 15 mins or so and did everything to make sure we had all we needed. You also can’t beat the price. Best birthday party we’ve ever had. Thank you so much for taking over this space. We’ll be enjoying for years to come!!
