Amazing place to spend time with kids and family. The golf course is good fun for everyone especially for younger kids. The Golf course setup is very pretty with amazing landscaping. The Go karts are good quality and track is good. The spin zone bumping cars are fun with some surprises thrown in between. The arcade is small but good enough to have fun. Overall you can spend a good few hours at this place. Highly recommend it for families with kids.
The outdoor attractions are why we come to this place! I couldn’t give it five stars because the video game area is a total rip off. Even if your kids win thousands of tickets, you’re still walking away with the bottom shelf of a dollar store prize. It’s really disappointing to the children, especially because they display all these really adorable Squishmallows and things but unless you drop $150 or more and spend at least 4 to 8 hours on arcade games you’re not gonna get them. And even if you did, the nice prizes are worth $20-$30? I’d rather take my kids shopping at target! However, if you don’t care that you’re throwing money away, the kids do love the arcade games. But our family prefers the go karts and the mini golf!
On July 19, 2025, while visiting your Henrietta location with my child, we experienced a disturbing incident involving another guest who displayed aggressive and racially charged behavior. When my son retrieved his mini-golf ball from a shared hole, a male guest deliberately threw it away as my child approached. His wife immediately acknowledged it was uncalled for. When I confronted him, he responded dismissively and rudely, further escalating the situation. What’s more disappointing is how your staff handled it. Rather than addressing the inappropriate behavior, I was offered free passes while the offending guest remained on-site, unaccountable. That kind of response does not make your space feel safe or inclusive. I am requesting a written response regarding how this matter will be addressed, and what policies your facility has in place to handle acts of discrimination or harassment in the future.
