The arcade was fun and the food was good too! One of the staff here, Kaylee, went so far out of her way to help me! I told her I never been here before and she walked me through all the card options. There were so many and she said "I know it's a lot, it's okay, I'll walk with you to the kiosk and we'll order the card together" and she showed me deal for $35 for games and food and explained how the food coupon worked. Then I played games and an hour later I went to the food area and she was now working at the bar and she saw me and got all excited and waved and walked up to me and recognized me from earlier and asked if I got the special menu for the $35 deal she helped me setup earlier. She grabbed me a menu and explained again how I would just purchase with the QR code on the receipt and explained what all my options were. Then she took my order and she wss super kind and helpful and I really appreciated her going so far out of her way to make me feel welcome! Thank you Kaylee! :]
Warning ⚠️. Watch out for the tip. If you do the pay and play deal they get you on tip and fine print. As for the TIP the tip is on the whole amount of game play,food,and tax! We had less than $60 on food but the tip came to $36.57 when selecting 18%. Set you own for the cost of food. It is a ripoff for the guest, but the server must be making a KILLING! As for the unlimited play it is only on certain games. Just saying..
Dave and Buster's always make you wait so long to be seated in the dining room. The food was pretty good. Overall it was fine the kids enjoyed it and I watched a football game.
