⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dreamland is hands down the BEST place to throw a birthday party! From start to finish, everything was easy, fun, and stress-free. The birthday party package was perfect — it had everything we needed and more. The environment was super clean, safe, and welcoming, which gave us total peace of mind. The staff deserves a huge shoutout — they were beyond helpful, incredibly friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. They went above and beyond to make the day special, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for a place that takes the stress out of planning and makes kids (and parents!) happy, Dreamland is it! 🎉👏
Today at Dreamland Fargo, I had an uncomfortable moment while my 3-year-old was playing. Another parent approached my child directly to ask him about something that had happened with their daughter. I stepped in right away to clarify, but the situation left my little one a bit confused and uneasy. I completely understand that misunderstandings can happen during playtime, but I think it’s really important that parents communicate directly with each other rather than addressing someone else’s child. That helps everyone feel more comfortable and keeps interactions positive. We really enjoy Dreamland ,the staff are always kind and welcoming, and it’s usually such a fun place for kids to play. I just want to remind all parents to stay present, aware, and mindful of how we approach situations with young children so everyone can continue to have a great experience.
I was disappointed with my visit to Dreamland Indoor Playground. While the play space for kids is fun in concept, a very loud air compressor in the indoor playroom made the environment uncomfortable and gave me a headache during my time there. Unfortunately, the noise level was so disruptive that I won’t be returning. Constructive suggestion: I’d recommend the team relocate the compressor into a maintenance closet, electrical/mechanical room, or enclosed space separate from the play area and run air tubing through the ceiling, then down to the compressor so it doesn’t sit in the play space. Routing quiet air lines and isolating compressor noise could make the playroom much more enjoyable for parents and little ones alike. I understand indoor play spaces can have mechanical systems, but this one was noticeably loud and intrusive, and it took away from what otherwise could be a positive experience. I hope Dreamland considers sound control improvements for future visitors.
