Got flowers from a random stranger:) was a very lovely experience. Awesome playgrounds my kids loved it!!
Pros: 3 play structures and swings, disk golf, built in stage and seats, bbq picnic areas, and lots of grass that is beautifully maintained Cons: On street parking only, play area has zero shade in the afternoon, only bathrooms are portable toilets.
Each builder got their own little sections to build in so there is not a good blending of the different homes in with each other. It looks sectioned off into different areas and some homes do not even fit in with the others. Too big to have a nice small neighborhood feel. Overpriced and not close to amenities.
