Hands down the best place to have a birthday party. Our host, Deonte, was so amazing! From ushering the kiddos around, keeping the flow, passing out the food, keeping drinks filled to cleaning up and gathering the gifts and everything for us. He was so pleasant and so patient with rounding up a bunch of 6/7 year olds. 10/10 experience as a whole. The facility is clean and so awesome with all the different attractions but Deonte made it 1000 times better. We will for sure be back and tell all our friends that is the place to go.
We had an amazing birthday party at Flight 509! Our party host was super attentive and led the kids through the various attractions, all on a very tight schedule so we were sure not to run out of time. We were very impressed by the facility and how clean it was. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The party room was the perfect size and our host took care of serving the pizza and even helped with the presents! Laser tag was everyone’s favorite—us moms even got to get in on the game! It was an absolute blast. We will most definitely be back (even though it’s a bit of a drive for us—totally worth it), and I know our guests felt the same way. Flight 509 is a step above all its competitors and I will gladly recommend them to anyone. My other favorite thing was they gave the kids unlimited arcade cards for an hour after the party wrapped up…they couldn’t earn tickets, but they could play all the games they wanted multiple times!! All of us parents thought that was ingenious! I wish all arcades offered that. We can’t wait to return and play again.
Look, times are hard right now. Things are crazy and uncertain, and any chance a family has to get out of the world for a few hours and ACTUALLY have a good time should be considered a blessing. Today was my son's sixth birthday, and it was arguably the best one he's had yet. We took a chance on going to a new place and we couldn't have been more impressed. Flight 509 is the real deal. Josh and Ty were exceptional at not just providing excellent service, but also great conversation and above and beyond friendliness. I recommend everything, literally everything. Just do it all if you get the chance. The bumper cars and VR ride were my sons personal favorites. The large ropes course and lazer tag were right down my alley. My wife won more prizes than she had pockets for and we left with massive smiles, and a sense of normalcy for the first time this year. Please, remind your kids to have fun when they get the chance, they grow up way too fast as it is. And if you have a few spare hours and a little extra money, maybe take them here. Thanks again to everyone there who made today a truly great experience.
