Mackenzie was the best!! My family had such a good time here. IMO it’s the best prices in town for a jump park. They offer food at reasonable prices and Beer for adults (with ID) in the Snack area. We will definitely go back again!
We booked for my son’s 7th birthday and it was seamlessly easy! Damiya communicated everything flawlessly. From booking to the actual venue everything was awesome! We will definitely be back. Worth every penny!!! The owner, I forget his name, very hands one, great guy! My kids were entertained to the fullest. The party coordinators are very personable. They helped set up, decorate, and even cleaned up afterwards. Not enough stars to give!
Let’s just say there’s a reason they offer free socks in exchange for a five star review. There was two very nice ladies at the front, but overall I am beyond shocked by the lack of responsibility/professionalism here. My nine year old did the jungle gym- got stuck as you can see in the video (which happened multiple times) and neither of the TWO employees watching would even help him. I had to repeatedly ask for them to get my son down and help which they did not do. He was crying and became traumatized because he was stuck and they wouldn’t help him. His cousin had to help him get back down, and even then when he got stuck, the employees still wouldn’t help. I was livid and went to the manager. We came around 11am when they opened, paid for the extreme packages and half the building was taped off or not open. We came to do the go carts and we were told they needed more time- again, they were open and packages had been paid for. When we came back later to do the go carts- the man in charge of getting the kids into the carts wouldn’t even speak. He used hand motions to direct everyone and no one knew what he was talking about. Myself and two other parents had to help interpret directions for the kids because he refused to use words. & yes, there were three different employees and none of them jumped in to help or speak. Overall the employees have driven this business into the ground. They all seem to hate their jobs and it’s clear customers are an inconvenience for them. The business idea is fantastic- and the games and attractions are great, but I can see why no one is coming here. I don’t see this business staying open much longer without a serious overhaul. Employees need to be better trained and hired. Customer service needs to be considered, and homeless people strolling in make it feel unsafe and awkward. We won’t be coming back to this establishment, which is a real shame because it could have been something so nice if the manager did his job properly. When the bottom is lacking, it’s always because the top is lacking.
