I got this as a birthday present for my sister. Her and I both had the pleasure of participating and it was insane. The instructors know what they are doing and are wonderful at communicating. This was one of the most thrilling experiences of my life. I am definitely going to be going again and anyone that wants to change up date night should go here.
Super fun! The staff are great coaches, very encouraging, and focused on keeping you safe. I was impressed with how much I was able to accomplish in my first class. And it was fun watching the more advanced students work on new skills. Looking forward to returning!!
This is an excellent way to spend a couple of hours. I felt safe and had a great time. The staff is very helpful and supportive. I love it here!! Wear leggings on your first day.
