Used to go here all the time, My kids love it. Won’t be back until the cleaning standards improve. It’s disgusting and management has to be overlooking this. How do you not assign employees to clean daily. The dirt and filth on these mats says it all. They are not even trying to clean. I’d spend your money somewhere that has a cleaning routine and a competent staff. Note: when these photos were taken, I was one of 5 families in the building. More employees than patrons. I also mentioned to the staff some exposed springs that looked like someone could slip through and get injured. They did nothing. I guess that waiver covers them but what covers you? Staffed with kids and no leadership. I’ve seen cleaner gas station bathrooms. Enter at your own risk.
The park itself is absolutely amazing. I genuinely enjoyed my time here the attractions were fun, the environment was great, and the food was surprisingly really good. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by an interaction with the general manager, Shannon. She was rude and dismissive, and told me there wasn’t an issue she could help resolve. Shortly after, another manager stepped in and was able to fix the exact problem with no issue at all. The contrast in professionalism was very noticeable. I was made to feel dismissed and disrespected, seemingly based on the assumption that I appeared younger than I actually am. That kind of treatment is unacceptable and took away from what was otherwise a great experience. I believe feedback like this is important so management can address how guests are treated moving forward.
Attended a few birthday parties and the kids always have a great time!! It would be nice if all attractions were included for a smaller price
