Honestly I do not like doing this but would say our experience there was a 2 out 5 at best. The actual golfing on the simulator was ok. Frustrating at times, but overall was ok. The main reservations I have was with the cost we ended up paying. I reserved a 1 hour slot from 3:30 to 4:30, but ended up being charged $73 and change for the hour. I understand peak hours start at 4, but it makes no sense we were charged the $73 plus. If it were from 3 to 4 it would have been $40 plus tax and if it was 4 to 5 it would have been $58 plus tax. Neither of which would add up to $73 plus. So I do not see were someone should be penalized because they book an hour that overlaps from the non-peak and peak hours. I definitely do not believe I should have been charged for more than it would have cost if we were to book from 4 to 5 let alone the non-peak rates. A disclaimer of some sort should have been provided explaining the pricing when an hour booking overlaps from non-peak to peek hours. Logically it makes no sense and at the very least should have been at the $58 plus tax if not a true split between the 2 which would be roughly $49 plus tax.
