We had a great time at KingPinz and would absolutely recommend it for families or groups looking for something fun to do. Being able to schedule a bowling lane online was a super cool and convenient feature. We also called ahead to schedule an escape room, and the staff we spoke with were extremely helpful and friendly. When we arrived, they got us checked in and set up right away, which made everything run smoothly. This was our first time ever doing an escape room, and it was a great experience. The woman who helped us get started and the gentleman who came in after we completed it were both incredibly friendly and really added to the fun of the experience. After the escape room, we went bowling and loved how many game options were available. A big win for families was the ability to turn bumpers on and off whenever needed—it made bowling with kids so much easier and more enjoyable. Trish S was our server, and she was amazing! She made sure we were taken care of with food and drinks the entire time and truly went above and beyond. The only downside to our visit was that the facility itself was dirtier than expected. The bathrooms had garbage around, and there were empty beer cans left out in some areas. That said, this was the only negative we encountered during our visit. Overall, we had a really fun experience and would definitely return—especially for bowling and escape rooms.
