The experience I had here at monster mini golf was phenomenal! As soon as me and friends walked in we were greeted by two very nice gentleman, Amir Jackson and Conner Darby! These gentleman greeted us with kindness and welcomed us to the beginning of our night! As well, as a salesman myself, Conner Darby advertised us with all the packages they offered without being pushy so props to him! The teamwork these gentlemen used allowed us to immediately be set up with our game! Amir Jackson kindly explained all the rules and set the scene for our spooky game. Funny guy Amir is! Upon finishing our game, Amir provided great service in congratulations of the winner(me) and took care of our equipment used in the game. Me and my friends purchased the package to get mini golf and arcade cards for a very reasonable price! The price was so good i definitely will Be back! In all, we had a great time here at monster mini golf! Amir and Conner were amazing! They were kind, welcoming, and connected with us to make our night special. Huge thank you to Amir Jackson and Conner Darby! :)
Employees seem genuinely engaged and interested in assisting with tickets and concessions. Unfortunately, the golf course is of low build/creative effort and becomes tiresome quickly. The environment is so dark in places that you can't see the holes until you're standing over them. Niece and nephew were bored not even halfway through. Would be nice to see more variety and creativity in the course.
This place has the potential to be far more enjoyable if it were better managed and the staff was actually friendly. From the very beginning when purchasing our round of mini golf and arcade the employee was rude. Then we were told it would be a 30 minute wait to play mini golf. No big deal, except we waited for an hour. While we waited we played arcade. Half the games didn’t work. It’s a fun concept, in fact the mini golf course is one of the most fun courses I’ve seen other than Putt Shack, it just needs to be run better.
