Had our son’s party here today. Staff was very nice, but party was very unorganized. Our party hosts (who were very nice) told us the person at the front desk “wasn’t supposed to let the group go ahead of our party” but they did, causing 20 kids to just wait. We had to suggest they break the party up into 2 groups and just start at 2 different holes. The kids were in kindergarten. They can’t just wait around and party hosts should be able to move things along. Instead we had to do this. In the party room, they call the kids in for food, but everything wasn’t ready. Parents are now pouring drinks and passing them out to move things along. We go to leave and realize our balloons are gone, we inquire and find out that they were taken and popped. Brand new balloons that our almost 6 year old picked out today. Yes, the manager reimbursed us for the balloons, but this shouldn’t have even happened, just very disappointing for such an expensive party. Update: The owner reached out to me the following morning to rectify the issue. She spoke with her team to ensure this doesn’t happen again and made things right for our family. Appreciate the efforts made.
Took the kids here twice, and twice they enjoyed it. Great artwork with fun decorations. Great indoor entertainment. Arcade area with tickets and prizes. Staff was wiping the golf clubs and machines down keeping everything clean. Alex happily went out of his way to contact the owner and email corporate I.T. to look up a balance on an older arcade card I had. They updated the card system and my old card no longer worked. Very good business practice. Top tier service goes a long way. Thanks
This place is awesome! It looks so cool inside with everything glowing. It was our first time playing mini golf and me and my family enjoyed ourselves. It is very clean, and that includes the bathrooms. The employees are friendly and helpful. Wish the arcade section was a bit bigger, but the VR ride is so much fun and this is one of the few places I've been where the claw machines are NOT complete scams! The claws are not loose and you get to play until you win so you get your money's worth.
