I personally have booked a party there before and we have been there a few times with my daughter who is special needs. However, we were invited to the birthday party there for my niece recently and they failed to call her parents and those of another party to let them know that party had to be canceled due to a power outage that they were aware of. This led to my daughter struggling with the lack of understanding due to her disability. She started hitting herself causing harm and feeling overstimulated, because here we are at a place she is familiar with and she wanted to play and she couldn’t. I understand things happen, but communication is key and they truly dropped the ball that day. Nothing was offered as an inconvenience to anyone and it was truly a frustrating experience. I have sent multiple emails with no response. This was very disheartening to witness as a parent. I hope to hear back from someone soon.
