This was my first time at Captain Sundae and I had a great experience! I ordered a small scoop of mint chip and got a great portion size for only $4. The staff were nice and friendly and the ice cream came out quickly. It was a cute outdoor setting with benches to sit and a little statue of a captain. Will definitely be coming back at some point this summer!
This location of Captain Sundae is actually a part of Pirates Landing Mini Golf, so we enjoyed a round of golf and then dessert. It seems to be a very popular place as it was very busy on a Monday night! Even though it was busy, the lines were not long and there were plenty of places to sit. The atmosphere is fun with lots to look at. My daughter got a simple cup of vanilla ice cream and said it was delicious. The rest of us got a special they had called a cookie dough bomb! It was gigantic! We really should have gotten one and split it between the three of us. It ended up being WAY too much sugar....but some people may LOVE that. It was exactly as described so the fact that we didn't love it was not Captain Sundae's fault!🤣 The menu was expensive and reasonably priced. We'd definitely recommend it to others!
Great variety of ice cream. Well maintained property. It is decorated with a nautical decor. They also have mini golf. Staff was nice. Places to sit and enjoy your ice cream
