Lots to do, a fun establishment to patron however it’s not the first choice when seeking an activity to do with the family or friends. Staff is 50/50 and the place isn’t very well kept nor clean but it still a decent place. Tends to be overcrowded a lot also and I definitely recommend hiding valuables and locking car doors in the parking lot.
Terrible place to throw a party. Overpriced. Dark and creepy. Food is nasty. Rude employees wouldn’t give a refund after I saw the atrocious “toddlers” den which was just a nasty area next to a creepy abandoned looking play scape. Toddlers area was full of used regular toys my baby has at home and they CHARGED for it. UNSAFE. UNKEMPT. The list goes on. Had games that required quarters even after you purchase a game card. DO NOT GO. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
My autistic son really enjoyed himself here during a time it was not so busy! I called before we arrived to confirm and staff was very pleasant and understanding. It was actually a place where I could sit and relax while he played and not worry about him wondering off! Wing dings were cooked just right ☺️
