The last two times we’ve been here, there has been no hand soap in the women’s bathroom and the bathrooms have been gross. The kid at the counter now is rude and always seems to rip us off with tickets from the arcade, to the point where you have to double check with him on how much you are actually getting credited, which just seems to annoy him more, so be aware of that…definitely not ok considering the prices at the arcade vs. the prizes which really, really suck. I understand that they need to make money, but people are getting ripped off big time. It’s not abnormal to have to wait awhile for anyone to be at the food counter. Used to come here a lot. Not going to anymore. The only good thing I can say about this place now, is that the maintenance guy is really nice and helpful.
