We enjoyed our visit. This Was Our First Time there. We will be back. The staff was kind and gracious. The go-karts were fun and they even accommodated for my grandsons first time driving. The twist tower worker Anthony was a treat and wonderful worker. They all made my grandson feel like it was his day. We went for him to have a day all for himself. Overall we had a great time.
We hosted our daughter’s 10th birthday here at Urban Air. My daughter, her friends, and the parents had a great time! The party room was decorated nicely with a balloon centerpiece in the middle of the table. The go carts were the highlight of the party. The food and drinks were brought out on time and our party host, Ari, was great! The manager and assistant manager were working at the front desk when we checked in and the process was very quick. My daughter is already talking about having her 11th birthday party here! We are planning another trip there today!
We've attended multiple birthday parties at this location and every time has been a wonderful experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful! The facility is well maintained and clean as well. This is a great place for family fun or to host a party.
