Lauren was awesome!! She was so helpful and checking in on us every half hour or so. And so kind to the kiddos. Management has improved this establishment, with the staff they have. They were all so friendly and willing to show the kids a good time. As well as keeping the facility clean! Thank you for making my boys 10th birthday a success!!!
This is the last time I ever book a party here. The process was a mess and they got so many things wrong. The customer service comes from Louisiana and the communication between the call center and the Meridian location is non existent. Way too expensive for what we got. Also many of our guests got stuck waiting in a massive line that stretched out the door into the parking lot
This was our fist time at urban air. We had so much fun! Its very spacious and there are so many things to do. Our favorite was the laser tag and the ball pit and the flash pad. Great for all ages. Definitely going to book a birthday party here next year!
