I brought my kid here for a birthday party. They had a great time. It was clean and the staff treated the kids well. We plan to return soon.
Brought my kids to urban air with their memberships. I was greeted warmly at the door by about 20 employees (they were training). The building was clean and things seemed to be working (a pleasant change from some of our past experiences). They played Golden from KPDH, and my kids plus a couple others were singing it at the top of their lungs. A worker got on the mic and sang it with them. The kids loved it. I had a book with me and every manager type person I passed by asked me about it. Book readers love talking about their books, so that was really fun. Two in particular, Maia and Michael, stopped and chatted with me about books for a while. It just felt like a very personalized experience. My only issue today, and why I did not rate 5 stars is that there should be a free water option. I usually buy food and drinks, but today we had already eaten. When I asked for ice water, I was charged the full price for drinks I could understand a small charge for the cup or something, but charging full drink price for tap water seems excessive.
Rylee took care of our birthday for two today!!! Excellent service. Felt like she was a part of our group besides the uniform!!!!
