We celebrated my son’s birthday here this past Sunday, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We booked the Small Squad Party Package, and everything was well organized. The host was absolutely lovely—very attentive and always checking in to see if we needed anything, which made the day stress-free and enjoyable. The kids had an amazing time and were fully entertained throughout the party. A special thank you to Ashley, the coordinator, and Sophie, our host, for making the day so pleasant and memorable. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference. The facility itself was clean and well maintained. The playground was spotless and inviting, and the restrooms were clean, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had such a great experience and truly enjoyed celebrating here. From the moment we walked in, the check-in process was incredibly smooth, not just for us but for all our guests. It was a chaotic day made simple, which is every parent's dream. The staff was absolutely phenomenal—super professional from the front desk to the serving team. A special, massive shout-out to our two party hosts, Deena and Samaira! They worked tirelessly, and their dedication and energy truly went above and beyond to make the party a huge success. What really sets Urban Air apart is the sheer amount of activities. It’s a trampoline park with so much more! My daughter and her friends were obsessed with the zip line, bumper cars, and climbing walls. What's more, the place wasn't overly crowded, which made the experience even better. The best part, and what truly blew us away, was the team's flexibility. Our party was from 6-8 PM and ending at 9 (closing time). With closing time approaching, the kids requested for one last round of laser tag. The team didn't even hesitate. They were happy to accommodate and didn't rush us at all. We didn't leave until after 9 PM, but they never once made us feel pressured. It's rare to find a team so willing to go the extra mile. This was easily one of the best parties we’ve ever had, and all our friends agree. We highly recommend Urban Air for an unforgettable, stress-free, and fun-filled event!
