Throughly pleased with our experience! I will say based on mixed reviews and some inconsistent information throughout the process… I was a little nervous. From the moment we walked in the door, staff were super helpful and attentive. The day before the party we dropped off party supplies to be set up according to our wishes. Jose, and Mackenzie(the owner) were diligent in making sure everything was set up and handled. Jose made sure our party members knew where to go, he helped with serving cake and pizza and getting extra waters and even sat to eat some cake with us which made it feel familial instead of transactional. I highly recommend. Thanks again Urban air team. Our son had a blast!
All 5 Grandsons (and moms) had a great time. Definitely recommend making a day out of it and let loose with the kiddos. We ordered 2 whole pizzas which were warm and yummy. Also ordered Wings and fry combo but fries were a bit cold but didn’t bother the kids 🤪. We did go back and order the loaded fries and they were hot and delicious!😋
We love coming to Urban Air. The place is spotless and kinda dark inside. My five-year-old loves this place. So much to do from Warrior Course, Battle Beam, Wipeout, Climbing Hill, Drop Zone, Pro Zone, Tubes Playground, Trampolines. There is also laser tag and a climbing wall. They have a cafe that sells food and refreshments. They also accept a military discount with ID. Go early it's usually very busy. We highly recommend going.
