One of the best Zap Zones we have been too. Brought our son and his buddy and they had a blast. This place is super clean! This place has the BEST employees and managers. I got to share our awesome experience with Mr. Spicer. It’s not always you find kids entertainment places like these that hit all the checks for all the positive and this place does just that. Keep up the great work Zap Zone Farmington.
Absolutely phenomenal service is literally an understatement for the team here. They are passionate, kind, are the epitome of how exemplified customer service should be, have a great sense of humor, and literally strive for all of their customers to leave with joy (and we do). Special thank you to Damien who also assisted us prior to and throughout my niece's party last year, Lil (she is literally a radiant light & is so very helpful), Tommie (who jumped right in to assist with our needs), Tyler (who made the Adventure Park lively and secure). Something to do for kids of all ages. Us parents get into it at times too, with the kids. It's a nice little spot. Most staff are kind and respectful as well, which speaks volumes as i think most are newly young adults themselves.
